Overview
Students Coaching Students is a very successful way for schools to enhance learner agency, to equip students with the skills to work together, to reflect on their learning goals, expand, refine, and build new skills, share ideas, teach one another and solve problems in their school community. Coaching is a valuable social skill that can enhance goal attainment and emotional regulation. Students Coaching Students offers a way to teach coaching skills to students, who are then able to support their peers to set goals and grow in a collaborative way.
What You’ll Learn
- School staff who have completed either Introduction to Leadership coaching or the Coaching in Leadership programme and who which to introduce this programme to student coaches
- In-house groups
- Communities or networks of schools in the primary, intermediate and secondary sectors

Is catering provided?
Generally, morning tea and lunch are provided for full-day workshops. If you have specific dietary requirements, please ensure you let us know when completing your registration.
Do I need to pay for my course upfront?
No, upfront payment is not required to secure your spot. Your school will be invoiced for the course fees after registration. Prompt payment is appreciated.
