We’re excited to introduce our new Being an Effective AP/DP (Secondary) workshop. This programme is tailored for current and aspiring Assistant Principals (APs) and Deputy Principals (DPs) in secondary schools who want to enhance their leadership effectiveness. With a focus on the unique challenges of secondary education, participants will strengthen their capability to lead people, curriculum, and school culture with confidence.
